what's an adaptogen?
Adaptogens are herbs that help regulate fluctuations in cortisol to protect your cells from the harmful effects of the stress response. They include herbs like Schisandra, Eleutherococcus, Rhodiola, and Ashwagandha, as well as mushrooms including Reishi. Not all adaptogens are the same!
